One of the most common requests we get is for a kimchi workshop. And though we’ve had a few here and there sponsored by Glasgow Uni and the Civic House (thank you both!), I’ve always wanted to be able to host a workshop in our own space. Well, finally, we’re making it happen (seriously, it’s been years of people asking).

Join us for a workshop at the Gomo Kimchi factory. You’ll learn the basics of our kimchi-making process, from brining to jarring, even a little field trip to Chan’s so you know what to get, where to get it, and what to look for when you make kimchi at home.

It’ll be a small, casual affair, but seriously fun.

BYOB if you wish! (Mimosas and kimchi? Why not?)
