How many people will be in the space during your activity? Maximum capacity at Glue Factory is 100, and Civic House is 200.

What's the title or name of your activity? 100 characters max

Tell us about your activity and who will be attending? 300 characters max

How many team members will be on site? Include all colleagues, service staff, production team and technicians.

How many guests will be attending? For multi-day events, put the maximum number of guests you expect to be on site at any one time, (ie. at the event opening)

Do you intend to bring any of your own equipment or services in for the activity? Our spaces are primarily available on a ‘Dry Hire’ basis. For more information on what this means, please read the Building & Hire FAQ for Civic House or Glue Factory

Do you require a paying bar? For certain events we can run a bar, currently until 01:00 AM. We do not have a permanent premises licence and have to apply for occasional licences from Glasgow City Council accordingly. There is no guarantee a licence will be granted. We require all details a minimum of 10 weeks prior to the event date for this application process. All applications are at the discretion of the enquiry team.
