Play Full: A Scratch Night

The first Play Full scratch night of 2024 will be heading to Civic House on 29 April.

Join us for a curated night of new works written, directed, and performed by Scotland based artists. Take the opportunity to share your thoughts with Play Full’s writers and network with industry professionals. Come and be a part of the creative process as we celebrate the talents of emerging artists in the theatre world. We look forward to seeing you there!

Audience members will get the opportunity to offer feedback to the artists in sticky note form (as a Play Full event staple).


Play Full has tiered their ticket prices to make this event as accessible as possible. If you can afford to pay more than the minimum then this would make a huge difference and help us cover costs of the event and venue hire. Civic House was built in the 1920s without accessibility in mind. As we develop the building, we are also working to improve its accessibility.

Civic House is split over two levels, connected via stairs. There are currently no lifts, automatic / assisted doors, or dedicated Blue Badge Parking.

Ground floor: Platform lift adjacent to the main entrance, an accessible toilet, and assistance can be provided by staff.

First floor: Currently no lift to the first floor.
