Food from GLOSS (brother and sister chef combo, Jack x Hannah Paton), with the menu to be released no later than Friday 1st of April.

GLOSS is a catering company of chefs have previously worked for Ottoleghi & Stedsans, ran events with Kinfolk, set up kitchen at Hug & Pint. Currently involved in FoodThought and Govanhill Free Dinners.
