Based on real-life experiences, this story explores how global events shape personal identity, belonging and resilience. Fifteen years after the Arab Revolutions, it asks: how and what do we choose to see?

Creatives of Colour Festival returned for its third iteration in May, and hosted a market at Civic House!
The annual Festival celebrated a collective identity as people of colour, as well as the intersectionality and diversity of their stories, cultures, and art forms. The Festival’s performances, screenings, and workshops centred the voices, experiences, and creativity of BIPOC creatives in Glasgow.
The organisers shared a full programme, which featured a brilliant lineup of performances including spoken word, music, and more. The event also offered a suite of creative workshops led by expert facilitators for BIPOC attendees.

Delicious food was served up by @parveens_canteen to keep the dancers fueled. It was a great night overall, many thanks to everyone who came out to dance!
