Glasgow Sustainable Food Directory – Training Day

On the 13th May, the Glasgow Sustainable Food Directory will be hosting their first training event for Glasgow’s hospitality industry at Civic House. They’re currently taking applications to join the 4th Edition, and this event is a chance for hospitality employees in the city to hear from experts in sustainable sourcing, food waste, and fair work; speak to local sustainable suppliers; and network.

Restaurants, cafes, food shops and bakeries can all apply to be a part of the next edition here.
