The project has been developed by Artscape, who have 29 years experience developing an impressive portfolio of buildings in Toronto, covering around 400,000 sq.ft of space that includes community cultural hubs, affordable live/work spaces and event spaces.

Their approach is based on creative urban development that delivers a quadruple bottom line – cultural, economic, social and environmental – and allows them to regenerate areas of the city while keeping long-term debt to a minimum and not being reliant on operating subsidies.
